Who We Are

We are a wedding dress company with over 20 years of experience making European bridal gowns. We have helped more than 50,000 brides in 30 countries find their dream wedding dress. Our gowns are sold online, in many bridal shops in Europe and in our showrooms in Portugal, Ukraine, Poland and Canada. We strive to offer each bride a unique alternative to buying a run-of-the-mill dress from a mega-chain store.

Our cozy Canadian studio is located in Mount Pleasant at 416-2050 Scotia Street, Vancouver. We are open by appointment only.

You can chat with us live through Facebook Messenger or fill out the contact form. We are located in the Pacific Time Zone (PT). One of our team members will contact you as soon as possible.

Once you've decided on the dress, you can place your order through our website by selecting the dress color and size. If you are choosing the Custom Size option, you will be prompted to enter your measurements and upload photos. You can message us if you have any questions or are looking to create a custom dress; we're here to help.


Enjoy free shipping worldwide

Dresses are shipped directly from our Ukrainian location. Most dresses will be ready within 10-12 weeks including shipping to your door. We will provide you with a tracking number once your dress is shipped.

We don't charge any taxes or fees on any our dresses (the exception is British Columbia, where 7% PST will apply). Customs duties might apply and can be collected by the shipping carrier.

Depending on where you are located we will use USPS, Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. Rest assured you dress is always in good hands!

We can expedite your order to 4 weeks for C$300. Ask us how.

Returns and exchanges

We make our gowns to order and to your measurements. In such, all of our gowns are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders can only be cancelled up to 48 hours from placing the order. Please contact us at info@maximabridal.ca to cancel your order.

Size and Measurements

We offer both standard size and custom size options

Each dress requires unique measurements. Please reach out and we will provide which measurements are needed.

If you are ordering your dress in a standard size, make sure to check out the Size Chart on the dress page. If you are between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size to allow for alterations by your tailor.

A complete measurements guide with photos can be found here. We recommend you get your measurements taken by a professional. If this is not possible, have someone help you out.

Although this is optional, we recommend you upload photos of yourself taken with clothing from the front, profile and back. This will allow our dressmakers to verify your measurements to ensure the best fit for your dress. Your privacy is really important to us and your photos will not be kept on file.


We can customize any dress to your taste and specifications

If you need to make any changes to the dress after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Changes can only be requested up to 48 hours after placing your order.

All dresses will be made in the same color that they are shown in. Many Maxima Bridal dresses can be made in white, ivory or champagne. We have also created custom dresses in black, red or blue. If you want a different color than the one shown in the photos please let us know when you place your order.

We can customize any dress to add or remove features, incorporate elements from another dress, etc. Share your vision with us and we will make it come to life!

We do most customization free of charge. Substantial customization might incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.

In some cases, your dress might require some alterations so that it fits you perfectly. We don't offer or cover alterations.
